Final Project

this was our final project on Sunday before returning home on Monday. Vince, Aaron and I had finished up Eddie Murphys house and decided to check in on the other bros. from our team who had been sent to finish a quick roof job. When we arrived they were going crazy with a job that was much bigger then expected. So, back on with the tools and pick up a saw or hammer. I ended up with "lover boy" Joe and uncle mike finishing the new supports on the reinforced car port and replacing the rafter extensions and facia. When we finished that it was up on the roof with the rest of the team to button up the roof and lay down the felt. Just when we all thought we had zero energy left we loaded 4 pallets of roof shingles for the team coming back the next day to complete. That is 4 pallets of 70lb shingle bundles - the sisters in the pix live here but had no insurance and had been waiting 7 months for this work. They sat out on the porch the whole time we were there. Obviously they were very happy with what we were doing. I took a look around this project before we left and saw we had workers there from Kentucky, South Carolina, Arizona, our whole team, eureka, Hollister,Merced,and Santa Cruz. Wow-exhausting but cool!
